Cancellation & Refunds

Access availability
Public launch verification is in progress. The homepage offers launch notifications. Existing paid subscribers can sign in to access the member dashboard and manage billing.
Cancellation
Customers may cancel through Manage subscription in the member dashboard or by contacting support. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, cancellation prevents the next renewal and access continues through the end of the already-paid billing period.
Refunds
Except where required by law or where Aletheiq determines that a billing error occurred, subscription charges are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support promptly so the transaction can be reviewed.
Price and renewal disclosure
The recurring price, billing interval, and applicable purchase terms will be displayed before a customer completes checkout.
