Service
Aletheiq, a Lamelas Global Group LLC brand, provides subscription-based analytics, research, quantitative analysis, market intelligence, model context, and evidence-based reporting. The service is informational and analytical. No analysis guarantees accuracy, performance, or any particular outcome.
Subscriptions
For paid Founding Access, the price presented at checkout recurs at the disclosed billing interval until canceled. The checkout page will show the amount and billing interval before purchase. Customers are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method.
Cancellation
Customers may cancel a subscription using the account-management method made available with the paid service or by contacting support. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the end of the already-paid billing period.
Use of the service
You may use Aletheiq research for your own lawful informational purposes. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or reproduce or redistribute substantial portions of proprietary research without permission.
Decision responsibility
Sports-market information involves uncertainty. Users remain responsible for their own decisions and for compliance with applicable laws. Aletheiq does not promise that information will be error-free, complete, or continuously available.
Changes
We may update the service and these terms as the product develops. Material terms applicable to a purchase will be presented before checkout when required.
